At the front: solid, insulated aluminium doors; double insulated aluminium balcony window 200x210, insulated; on the right-hand side, an aluminium window 200x100, insulated; on the left-hand side, a PVC window 97x97, insulated; on the rear wall, an insulated PVC bathroom window. Decorative elements: front, both sides, rear.
The interior of the pavilion features panelling and is fitted with a bathroom with a ‘comfort’ shower, a ‘LUX’ kitchenette, and a separate room with a door.

The pavilion is fitted with a 3.4 kW Sinclair air-conditioning system
