Regulations

Regulations for providing services by electronic means by DAMPOL Investment sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Czekanów

 

§1 Definitions

 

  1. Service - the website https://www.dampol-investment.com.
  2. Terms and Conditions - these Regulations for the provision of services by electronic means.
  3. Service Provider - DAMPOL Investment spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością based in Czekanów, 20A Gliwicka Street, 42-677 Czekanów, KRS: 000104845, NIP: 6452581961, REGON: 525991406.
  4. Customer - an individual, legal entity or organisational unit without legal personality, which uses the service referred to in the content of the Regulations.
  5. Service - the service or services indicated in §1 of the Regulations.
  6. Configurator - an interactive tool available at konigurator.dampol-investment.com, which is offered by the Service Provider for the configuration of the pavilion and enabling the Client to request an offer from the Service Provider

 


§2 Preliminary information

 

  1. In order to use the Services, the following technical conditions are required:
  1. access enabling the posting of content on the Website;
  2. an Internet browser capable of displaying on a computer screen hypertext documents (HTML) linked to the Internet via the World Wide Web service, supporting the https encrypted transmission protocol. The browser should accept cookies.
  1. Individual services may be governed by specific terms and conditions.
  2. The User is obliged to comply with the provisions of this document from the moment of taking steps to use the Service. The mere reading of this document does not constitute an action intended to use the Service.
  3. In special cases affecting the security or stability of the ICT system, the Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily cease or limit the provision of Services, without prior notice, and to carry out maintenance work to restore the security and stability of the Service.

 

 

 

§3 Services provided by electronic means

 

  1. The Service Provider provides the Configurator service electronically.
  2. The use of the Configurator service is free of charge and no registration is required to use it.
  3. The information contained in the Configurator and on the Service Provider's website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. In particular, clicking on the "I WANT TO BUY" button in no way signifies the conclusion of any contract, but is only an expression of potential interest on the part of the Customer in the purchase of Products and on the part of the Administrator does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
  4. Access to the Configurator and the content generated by it in an automated manner is prohibited.
  5. All content and descriptions presented on the Website, unless otherwise stated, are the subject of the Service Provider's copyright and are protected by law. It is prohibited to copy or use them without the Service Provider's express written consent.
  6. Under no circumstances does the Service Provider guarantee that the configuration selected by the Client will be available at any given time in the Service Provider's offer.
  7. The Service Provider declares that the nature of the Internet and the use of any sites made available on the network may result in the risk of losing the Client's data to unauthorised persons. Clients, in order to protect themselves, should use technical measures to help protect themselves from the adverse effects of using websites.

 

§4 Terms and conditions for the conclusion and termination of agreements for the provision of services by electronic means

 

  1. The Customer's use of the Website (including the Configurator) and acceptance of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions signifies the conclusion of an agreement for the provision of services by electronic means, without the need to draw up a separate agreement.
  2. The agreement for the provision of services by electronic means is concluded for the duration of the performance of the Services and terminates upon the termination of the use of the Services by the Client. The Specific Regulations and/or the General Terms and Conditions of Sale may regulate the above in a different manner.

 

§5 Personal Data

 

  1. The administrator of the personal data is the Service Provider - DAMPOL Investment spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, based in Czekanów, ul. Gliwicka 20A, 42-677 Czekanów, KRS: 000104845, NIP: 6452581961, REGON: 525991406.

 

  1. The Service Provider declares that it applies technical measures to protect personal data, appropriately adapted to the risks and type of data to be protected. In particular, the Service Provider protects data from being made available to unauthorised persons and from being processed in violation of applicable laws.
  2. The rules for the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available at https://konfigurator.dampol-investment.com/polityka-prywatnosci.

 

§6 Complaint procedure

 

  1. The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint about the Services provided on the Website.
  2. A complaint may be submitted:
  1. in writing - in person or by post or courier service to the address: ul. Gliwicka 20A, 42-677 Czekanów
  2. in electronic form - by sending an e-mail to: serwis@dampol-investment.com.
  1. The Service Provider shall consider the complaint and respond to it without undue delay, but no later than within 30 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. In particularly complicated cases which make it impossible to consider the complaint within the time limit indicated in paragraph 3, the Service Provider shall provide the Client with information containing the reason for the delay, circumstances requiring additional findings and the expected date of complaint consideration. However, the extended timeframe for the consideration of a complaint may not exceed 60 days from the day on which the complaint was lodged.

 

§7 Final provisions

 

  1. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 26.03.2025
  2. The content of these Terms and Conditions can be saved by printing, saving on a carrier or downloading at any time from the website: https://konfigurator.dampol-investment.com/polityka-prywatnosci.
  3. The version of the Terms and Conditions current at the time of providing the Service is presented on the Site.
  4. The Service Provider reserves the right to change, at any time, the content of these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be posted on https://konfigurator.dampol-investment.com/polityka-prywatnosci.
  5. The use of the Site or Services by the Client after the amendments to these Terms and Conditions have been introduced constitutes acceptance of these amendments.
  6. Matters not covered by these Regulations shall be governed by generally applicable law.
